Pandas live in humid bamboo forests or forests with a mix of coniferous and deciduous trees, at altitudes of 1300 to 3600 meters. Both males and females live alone most of the year, and do not hibernate like bears do. Pandas sleep for 10 to 16 hours per day, and spend most of their waking hours eating bamboo shoots and leaves. Occasionally a Panda will eat insects or small animals. Canon-Creative Park
Koalas are marsupials belonging to the phascolarctidae family. They are native to Australia and spend most of their time in treetops, feeding on eucalyptus leaves. A diet of mainly eucalyptus leaves does not contain enough nutrition to support vigorous activity, so koalas spend most of the day (around 20 hours) asleep, conserving their energy. They gain necessary fluids from the eucalyptus leaves they eat, so they rarely need to drink water. The name "koala" is believed to mean "does not drink water" in an aboriginal language. Being marsupials, female koalas bring up their young in a pouch in their belly, keeping them safe inside for about six months. Canon-Creative Park
The Yorkshire Terrier was developed in the Yorkshire region of England in the mid-19th century, in order to catch the rats that were plaguing local factories. Since then, the breed has been modified into the dog we know today - a small domestic dog with a beautiful silky coat. This lovely glossy coat has given them the nickname of "moving jewel", and they are popular pets among wealthy people. This paper craft model is based on a Yorkshire Terrier puppy. http://cp.c-ij.com/en/
The Scottish Fold is a breed of cat with a round face and distinctive, forward-folded ears. In 1961, a kitten was born with a mutation that gave it a fold in the ears, and this cat's descendents eventually were used in a breeding program in the United States, establishing the breed. Scottish Folds can be short- or long-haired, and have straight or folded ears. This paper craft model is based on a short-haired, folded-ear Scottish Fold kitten.
The lion is a large carnivore from the cat family. Its current habitat is limited to some areas of Africa and India, but there was a time when lions could be found all over Africa, Asia, and southern Europe. The lion's dignified appearance and demeanor, along with its ranking among the strongest animals in the world, make it known as the "king of beasts." Lions usually travel in groups known as "prides, " usually consisting of one or two males, three to six females and several children. They feed on many different things, their prey including everything from beetles and reptiles, to large herbivorous animals.
